Our sourdoughs are crafted with blends of whole-grain flours, bringing together both modern and ancient grains for depth of flavor and real nourishment. Many feature classic inclusions like roasted garlic and parmesan, olives and feta, pumpkin swirl, or hearty seed blends.
Others lean into traditional European styles, often rye-forward, creating soft, thin-sliced, nutrient-dense breads enriched with seeds for extra protein and lasting fullness—one slice truly satisfies.
You’ll also find simple sourdough sandwich loaves baked in tins, offering all the digestive and flavor benefits of sourdough in an everyday, family-friendly form.
Our sandwich breads are made with locally stone-milled flours, bakery-milled grains, and 100% whole or unifine-milled flours—milled finely enough to improve texture while preserving the full nutritional value of the grain.
We enrich these loaves with premium ingredients like honey, eggs, cold-pressed healthy oils, and wholesome inclusions such as oats and jumbo raisins. The result is bread that’s soft, fluffy, flexible, and deeply satisfying.

Oklahoma Stars are our rotating specialty loaves, highlighting grains grown right here in Oklahoma. Unsifted flours stone-milled by Chisholm Trail Milling. Many of these grains are newer varieties selected for both enhanced health benefits—such as higher antioxidant levels—and adaptability to Oklahoma’s unique growing conditions.
