Whole Grain Bread - Oklahoma City - Local Pickup
Experience all stages of the whole grain sourdough process with hands on activities including starter care, mixing dough, building gluten, proofing or bulk fermentation, shaping, cold proofing, scoring and in cooler months - baking!
Inbetween your hands on activities to learn to 'read your dough' or tasting a finished loaf, you will prepare your own take home dough to proof, shape, score, bake and eat!
Your take homes include:
live whole grain starter from Oklahoma wheat milled by Chisholm Trail Milling
Sourdough kit and Starter jar kit
Simple 'easy to take notes on' recipe
Workbook chocked full of tips, help troubleshooting, and all we covered in class
All classes are held on Saturday from 1:30 - 3:30

Classes are held at our Cottage Bake are on a Saturday from 1:30 - 3:30 pm for a cost of $100 per person Kitchen in NW OKC (Britton District) and limited to 4 students to ensure personalized instruction and time for questions and answers.
